2023 ANNUAL CONCERT
We will have 2 shows of Beauty and the Beast being performed.
Show 1 will include Kinder ballet students, and Show 2 will include Primary ballet students. All other students will be performing in both shows.
Preparation For Reheasal
HOW TO PREPARE FOR REHEARSALS
These times will replace usual classes over the dress rehearsal weekend and concert weekend. Please note that no normal classes will run at the studio.
Studio Rehearsal
Sat 29/7/23 and Sun 30/7/23. On Saturday we will run through the whole show scene by scene. On Sunday we will have class photos and a dress rehearsal
Concert Rehearsal
Fri 11/8/23 and Sat 12/8/23. All students shall arrive at the Theatre. Friday rehearsals are grouped according to age. On Saturday we will do a full run through and then preform the 2 concerts. Kinders will perform on Show 1 and Primary will perform in Show 2.
Run Sheet
This is the scene by scene running order for the concert. Students are allocated by class and character. Please familiarise yourself with your child’s position in the concert.
Hair and Makeup
Please ensure your child arrives at all rehearsals in uniform with their hair done in a neat bun. All students should also have makeup applied for photo day and concert day. Long-lasting lipstick should be labeled and placed in a bag for application before the performance.
